Note how much the corner support of the barn has shifted! This was very difficult to pull back in place.
New support post, cross member and diagonal has been put in to start closing up the hole.. Replaced a missing 4x4 in the "old" barn structure as well.
Another view of the new work, you can see the corner has been pulled back in, and the rotten wood has been cut-out and replaced with modern 2x6 wood.
Another picture of the overall work. Only thing missing in a 45 degree corner brace.
View from outside of the barn showing the repair... next step is new siding and batten boards.
View from inside of the barn, with siding installed
View from outside the barn, the side is installed!
 The silo
 Cracking along the bottom...
Under the entry area... it's starting to blow out, the support wall has collapsed
The bottom concrete staves have rotted away
First thing, need to remove the cap...

This is after about a week of jacking. We're near the final height
Using strapping to keep things from blowing outward
You can see how the roof trusses lean slightly.. and also how the top near the winch isn't yet straight
 Before the lift...
Still a swag above the door
With the jacking, the roof is coming back where it belongs
