Barn before any renovation.  It had been neglected completely for at least 5 years.  Roof failure started approx 10-15 years before this picture.

The day we purchased the place the roof came off.  Cupolas and lightning rods were saved, but too damaged to be re-installed at this time.

The floor was cut-out and reframed to make a solid platform to rebuild the wall.  The beam on the outside where the joists attach was replaced as well using existing barn material.

Note the new main support beam has been replaced in this picture.  Also a temporary column has been installed to jack-up the roof slightly in preparation for a new support beam.
