 The floor was cut-out and reframed to make a solid platform to rebuild the wall. The beam on the outside where the joists attach was replaced as well using existing barn material.

 Note the new main support beam has been replaced in this picture. Also a temporary column has been installed to jack-up the roof slightly in preparation for a new support beam.

 Note how much the corner support of the barn has shifted! This was very difficult to pull back in place.
|
 New support post, cross member and diagonal has been put in to start closing up the hole.. Replaced a missing 4x4 in the "old" barn structure as well.
